Orange Effect

This is the effect created by a unique program based on the concept of excess oxygen consumption (EPOC * ) after exercise . 

Maintaining the Orange Zone for more than 12 minutes will last up to 36 hours after lessons, followed by an orange effect (afterburn effect) that increases metabolism and calorie expenditure .

※ EPOC refers to the state where the calorie consumption efficiency becomes higher immediately after exercise than the state before exercise (at rest). After the Orangetheory workout, and during the recovery process the body will consume more oxygen than usual and will continue to consume as it tries to return at rest.
